We are usually able to send out the CD's the same day we receive the payment if we charge a card. Reply the same day, except for weekends.

PLEASE NOTE! Due to risky postal handling we demand the registered option (7 EUR) to South & Central America, and Russia. We take the libery to add such option to the order. By placing an order you accept this statement.

To reduce postage we can send without jewelcase, ask us for options.
Registered mail is a recomended option (additional €6 fee).
Record Heaven does NOT take responsibility for un-registered mail which gets lost.
When buying from Record Heaven via creditcards, our bank requiers a proper invoice, meaning we must register your name in our database. This can lead to that you get newsletters you have not signed up for. However, they are really easy to unsubscribe to, and of course, we never let 3rd part get access to this information ! By making a order from us, you accept this.

Grading

Most of these should be new. M = Mint condition. M- is nearly as new. No CD's with a worse condition should be available in our store.

Return Policy

If the item is wrongly sent, or if defect, we do accept all kinds of returns. Due to missing packages to Russia, South & Central America and Africa must add a registration, cost 45 SEK.
